A multi-phase, $12M interchange reconstruction for NCDOT connecting two of North Carolina's busiest interstate corridors. NRX managed full-depth reclamation, base repair, and 3 lifts of Superpave asphalt across 14 lane-miles — all while maintaining live traffic flow.
